 Shipping Information - Wood Signs

All domestic orders are shipped via Fedex Home Delivery. Purchases are expected to arrive within 3-­5 business days, 6 weeks after your order is placed.
(business days do not include weekends or Holidays).

The House of Belonging is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered (due to incorrect address), or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit.

Shipping Information - All Other Products

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Purchases are shipped within 3-­5 business days (business days do not include weekends or Holidays).

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our signs we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All other products : Returns will only be accepted on full-price merchandise (non sale).  We must be contacted within 5 business days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, new condition. Email us at orders@thehouseofbelonging.com. for our return address and include your order number. Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card. Refunds on returns/exchanges will be processed MINUS shipping. Customer is also responsible for return shipping.

Order Cancellation

Sign orders can be cancelled within 5 days of purchase. If a request for a refund is not made within 5 days of purchase, a store credit will be given. You can request a refund by contacting us at orders@thehouseofbelonging.com. Please include your first and last name as well as your order number in your email.

Damages

All complaints of damage must we emailed to orders@thehouseofbelonging.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures. The original packaging must also be saved. While we are not responsible for damages we will help you file a claim with Fedex. 

House of Belonging LLC reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If your order is canceled you will be notified within 48­-72 hours of purchase and a full refund will be processed.
